About this listen
In this episode, I sit down with Kendra Koch, founder of Divergently—what I like to call an online ADHD rec centre! 🧠✨ It's a supportive community created by and for late-diagnosed neurodivergent women, offering a welcoming space to make sense of your diagnosis, tackle overwhelm, and navigate life with more ease ❤️🩹.
Kendra, also an ex-Silicon Valley marketer (how iconic is that?!), shared her journey of being diagnosed with ADHD while pregnant. We also discussed the online ADHD discourse, therapy and wellness speak, burnout, windows of tolerance, and yes, the infamous "everyone is on the spectrum" conversation. 🤯
On top of that, I learned about Internal Family Systems therapy—who knew you could heal your inner ADHD child(ren)?! 👶
