About this listen

Faith‑centered 10‑minute encouragement for Christian women in business and single moms—helping you overcome anxiety, stay rooted in prayer, and move with purpose each day. Welcome to Coffee Break with Jess! I am excited to share this time with you, when business and life start to get a bit much, a good ole cup of coffee and reflection helps me center myself. Coffee breaks are more like therapy without the structure, as a business owner and single mother, having the moment to savor my coffee, remove distractions, and focus on life (and business) are life (and business saving. I receive the most clarity when I am enjoying my coffee, and instead of keeping what I have to myself. I want to help others who are walking around with a life of chaos, thinking there is no solitude, and feel isolated. I invite you to sit, relax, meditate, and refill with a new friend over a cup of coffee.Coffee Break with Jess Hygiene & Healthy Living Psychology
