Dr. Christine Lahti is reluctant to perform the operation and lose her favourite patient to royal pencil duties. Space Nurse Alyssa Milano wants to celebrate Thanksgiving, but it is banned by the Church of Necrogenesis, so she must hide out in the change rooms of retail chain Da Brats Grandma, and pretend to be eating her own hair.
