Dylan and scott share some driveway tales, and debates like: Tesla or Tahoe? Sedan or SUV? Lease or buy?

In This episode Dylan and Scott discuss the merits of staging in this newer market post COVID. Homes are sometimes taking longer to sell and many sellers have changed their expectations on having their home staged and having their own personal furniture removed and not feeling comfortable living amongst staged furniture.

Discussion also circled around some of the myths with staging, such as how much more money does staging obtain on the eventual sale price for a home.

There is some funny discussions regarding how to "date" a house based on its colour scheme and decor.

This Podcast took us down some funny avenues regarding style and very valid discussions on how best to prepare a home for sale in todays market.

In this episode, we had a great conversation with Rob Floris, one of our fellow agents at our brokerage, who we like to call, our in-house statistician. Rob is a numbers guy who tracks and uses statistics in his business more than most, which made for an informative discussion we hope you will enjoy!
