Amy Martindale and her daughter Ruby joined us in the studio to talk about fitness and their family business, "All HIIT NO QUIT". A small gym they run classes from and train clients together. Both are personal trainers and have accumulated a large following in town of loyal gym members! We discuss their origins, what fitness has meant to them in their lives, transformations of clients as well as the ups and downs of being a small business owner. Matt and Jason break down some terrifying laws and statistics that surround the State of New Mexico. In our opinion, it is these same principles, policies and politicians that have kept New Mexico at the bottom of every metric for close to 100 years. Its time to wake up and smell the corruption.
