Exciting news for today’s episode! We have our first ever guest on A Better Life Walkthrough. Today I am joined by my friend Dominick Lanzetta. Or as most of you will know him: Coach Dom. Coach Dom is a mixed martial artist and the Head Muay Thai Coach for my gym: The BXNG Club at Kearny Mesa, San Diego. Today we share some of our biggest lessons extracted from our experiences as coaches and fighters and from life in general. We touch on some of our fight stories, early childhood and therapy experiences, relationships, and many more topics that have helped us cultivate better lives for ourselves. During this segment we breakdown some of our experiences with one particular common vice and share some articles and solutions to that vice. We hope this segment can be inspiring and educational when it comes to getting out of your own way. On this episode we focused on doom-scrolling. This a common vice and one that, we believe, hinders happiness.

Enjoy some romantic stories from Greek philosophy and mythology as a break from the controversial essay I have uploaded recently. I hope this is enjoyable. I wanted to provide a few observations I had with respect to the Bxng Club closure. Stay to the end for a cool announcement. This was written quickly and without the same care as my long form essays, but its proven difficult to let my brain focus elsewhere, so I thought I'd give a word about it.
