    Sports Broadcaster and Analyst- Paul CarcaterraThis week's guest:Paul Carcaterra graduated from Syracuse University. He was a four-year letter winner for the men’s lacrosse team and a member of 1995 national title team as well as named a 1997 All-American. He went on to be a professional lacrosse athlete playing for the New Jersey Pride. He began his sports broadcasting career with CBS College Sports as an analyst and web site contributor from 2005-2009. In 2009 he joined ESPN as a lacrosse game analyst and sideline reporter. He has become a staple of ESPN lacrosse both for his coverages of the most popular games on TV and his behind the scenes features. Along with his fame for lacrosse coverage he can also be seen on college football sideline reporting on top ESPN broadcasts.     This guest is someone who’s built an impressive career behind the scenes of some of the biggest sports and live entertainment venues on both coasts. Currently the Senior Box Office Manager at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, California, she got her start at The Paramount, a 1,500-person concert venue in Huntington, New York. From there, she made her way to Syracuse, where she spent six years climbing the ranks at the JMA Wireless Dome—from Ticket Operations Representative all the way to Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. In 2022, she made the cross-country move to San Diego to help open Snapdragon Stadium as the Box Office Manager, and in under two years, was promoted to her current role. She has seen the ticketing world from multiple angles and bring a ton of insight into what it really takes to break into and thrive in the sports industry.
