#253: In the Mouth of Two or Three Witnesses

  • Summary

  • Send us a text

Why does the Bible indicate that we need "two or three witnesses"? Well think of an eyewitness testimony in a court case with you in the jury to decide someone's fate. Wouldn't you want corroboration of a testimony with matching testimony from multiple people? Wouldn't God also want you to be certain when it comes to his work?

Andrew and Robert read from Numbers 9:15-23 about God's law and the experience of getting it from two or three witnesses.

Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. Proverbs 9:9-10
