I suffered from a lack of sleep for years. After doing extensive research I found the best way to fall asleep quickly is for the brain to focus and the focused object should not get brain excited. I tried multiple techniques including meditation, listening to music but either my mind could not focus or it was too loud or exciting that my mind wouldn't fall asleep. So I created my own podcast with the reading of materials that help to get your wandering mind to focus and slow monotonous and nonexciting material gently puts you to sleep.
