Easy to follow and easy to understand with gold nuggets to think about.

Practical & Down to Earth Tips
Although this audiobook is written and read by a Ph.D Psychologist, you won't find any high falutin, complicated or mumbo-jumbo words. This is a practical and down to earth listen with great tips on how to enjoy or add joy to your daily life....and it is told with a sharp and witty sense of humor! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this audiobook.

Bravo! Easy listen with immediate applications!
Dr. Valenti has hit a homerun. In very simple terms, he uses stories to illustrate important psychological principles for living a happier and more successful life. He is very direct and engaging in delivering his message. This jewel is full of aha moments for the listener. This is a must-listen!
