A huge map of general advice.
The information is well structured but lacks the punch of stories or specific advices to apply, leaving the reader who awaits a points of improvement with general tips like "We make mistakes, we need to learn." - Indeed, but how?
If we are talking processes, it would be awesome if we also approach our communication in steps, that will create common ground and measurable actions which create responsability of the author for those recommendations.
Read the Key Takeaways, this will be a 20 minute listen.
