WOW!
Not only did I appreciate that Jessica wrote and narrated her book, but she also used a healthy amount of humor and vulnerability. She reminded me of Jen Sincero. This was one of the most entertaining self-help books I've heard. It was FUN going through the exercises and plenty of laughs along the way. I would highly recommend taking a listen. I hope she releases more down the road.

This Audiobook Can Help You Achieve Balance
I just finished listening to "You Got This! - For Those Who Work Hard & Play Hard - How to Go from Burnout to Bliss" and it was such an amazing audiobook. As someone who tends to push themselves too hard, I often ignore the signs of burnout until it's too late. This audiobook helped me recognize the signs earlier and take proactive steps to prevent burnout from taking over my life.
The mind-body connection is something that I had heard about before, but never really understood. This audiobook helped me see how my physical and mental health are intertwined, and how taking care of both can improve my overall well-being. I started incorporating more physical activity and mindfulness practices into my daily routine and have noticed a significant improvement in my mood and energy levels.
I also want to mention that the narrator was such a pleasure to listen to. Her calming voice and clear enunciation made the listening experience enjoyable and easy to follow.
Overall, I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone who feels like they're constantly running on fumes and wants to find balance and bliss in their life. It's practical, actionable, and truly life-changing.

Made this a morning routine and my life changed!
Oh the overwhelm and burnot culture! Aaagghhh!
I really felt like this book GETS ME. It gets the hardships and the "Too busy" and the go go go... and it called me to living MORE.
Its broken into 12 weeks (84 days) and I listened to one chapter per day. Its between 30 seconds to 5 minutes on average. It was a great way to remind myself to slow down, be peaceful, and be blissful.
Enjoyed this audiobook as I made my cup of tea in the morning and I gave myself time to truly FEEL what it was saying. And then I moved on with my day.
Letting this be a daily practice really had me live my best life ❤️

Real practical book, rare gem!
I really like this book because it's practical. You'd be surprised how many books aren't practical. I've read many similar self-help books in the past. However, this is one of the few that actually provides an action step, usually an exercise, at the end of each chapter. Each week has a main theme for you to mull over and work on and it's very short and sweet so you can easily complete one chapter on the commute to work etc. I like this structure because then, it's not too overwhelming and you get to do them one by one, with maximum impact for each one. There are also many many amazing quotes scattered throughout the book. Each one is used to explain the message for each week. I like how the quotes are used in an intentional way like that. My favourite quote is "She said she will and she did." That's one line that really stood out for me. One step at a time, slow and steady wins the race. Highly recommend for anyone who is tired of the hustling and wants to take it slow and enjoy life in a practical way. :)

Super Helpful
I’m loving everything about this book, because I feel like the author knows me as much as I know myself. I am a mom and I can make a daily to do list but only end up conquering a fraction of what I planned due to being overcome by other pressing issues. I enjoyed tubing into this book because it was broken down into a digestible format and short chapters making it easy to stick with. Overall it’s a great book to feel balance in your life again.

Never look at sticky notes the same way again
This audiobook saved my sanity! I was drowning in "to-dos" and never-ending tasks before I started following the steps in this book. Now I can actually check things off my to-do list without taking on more the next day. My favorite thing to do now is put 3 sticky notes on my fridge with one thing to do on each note. When I do that thing, I take great pleasure in RIPPING it off the fridge and throwing it away. That's power baby! If you need some calm in your crazy-busy life, this book will teach you how to get s**t done without losing it.

Loved This Book!
I have to say that the author and narrator did an incredible job bringing humor and fun to the table. This book is so well written and fun to listen to, and I learned a ton. I have felt so burnt out from my profession over the years, and this book is such an invaluable tool. A must-listen for everyone. It is filled with great advice to empower you to live your best life! This is a book I will definitely listen to again and again, as it was inspiring and helped me to go from justification to taking action!

This audiobook is very engaging and relatable. The narrator feels like a friend with whom I am having a conversation. The book lays out a step-by-step guide of actionable, realistic steps to take in order to find out the root cause of your burnout and, more importantly, what to do to get you on your road to bliss! The author shares real examples from her life and it makes the plan laid out in the book all the more achievable. You got this!

absolutely loved
Wow - I can't recommend this book enough. I love how the step-by-step nature makes moving forward when you're in a state of burnout actually doable. The author reads her own book (which is always a treat), and I could feel the sincerity behind her voice as she read.
Each chapter you'll do a step that helps you move forward a little bit, and in the beginning of the book, you're guided to decide on the sureness of your success. I like how this audiobook guided me to take small steps forward and broke down the process in a super easy and enjoyable way. If you're burnt out - you need this!
