the ending of Chapter 5 was a major highlight
I enjoyed hearing the experiences from the employees within the book. You can tell this company has intrinsic values for the employers, employees, and their customers. Would recommend this as a good read for people that are very interested in NISC.

7 hours long bit boring audiobook... the book is talkingabout a personal story of some company and not about the topic from the title. not recommended unless you are interested in that software company.
