Nina hofft in dem alten Familiensitz, der unter dem Namen Keyhouse bekannt ist, zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auf seinen Streifzügen durch das alte Haus findet der jüngste Locke-Sprössling Bode einen Schlüssel, mit dem er zu einem Geist werden kann und trifft auf eine geheimnisvolle Frau, die in einem Brunnen gefangen ist. Die Brunnenfrau zieht Bode in ihren Bann und will dass er sie befreit, und dann taucht plötzlich Sam Lesser wieder auf... Die Dinge spitzen sich dramatisch zu und die Familie muss erneut um ihr Leben kämpfen.
