Informative Book on Job Interviewing!
What did you love best about When Can You Start? 2014?
"When Can You Start" is my favorite book when it comes to job search help and job interviewing and self-help. It made me a better job candidate.
What other book might you compare When Can You Start? 2014 to and why?
This audiobook has advice presented in a practical, organized and entertaining way. The chapters are not too long so it’s just right for communing. And the author has a sense of humor which helped a lot.
What about Todd Ethridge’s performance did you like?
The reader has clear speech and a friendly voice. I’ve heard him read before and he is easy to listen to.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
The job interview is an important moment and it is possible to get good at it. I especially like the explanation of how to answer questions about weaknesses and mistakes.

Amazing book that changed my life!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I recommend this book to anyone looking for a new job or is on the lookout for new opportunities (which we should always be prepared for!). When Can You Start? 2014: Ace the Job Interview and Get Hired provides great and easy to understand and follow advice in all areas of job interviewing - pre, during, and after. The author starts off with some great tips about interview preparation, goes into how to handle the interviews of different types (phone vs in-person, behavioral vs. role specific; panel interview), and continues with advice on interview follow up communications. It is advice that helped me prepare and tackle many interviews and I was able to land my new job much thanks to this book.
What was one of the most memorable moments of When Can You Start? 2014?
Paul Freiberger helps handle some of the "trick questions" that, as he points out "come out of the blue" and often make interviewees feel uncomfortable. You should get the book to learn what to do if you get one of those questions.
What does Todd Ethridge bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I love audio-books and was able to listen to the book several times to nail down all of the author's advice. The narrator was quite pleasant and easy to follow.

Freiberger equips the reader with the knowledge and skills needed to ace the interview, ask the right questions and negotiate salary. It's a must read for anyone seeking a new job, looking to advance or re-negotiate their salary.
What other book might you compare When Can You Start? 2014 to and why?
I honestly haven't read anything comparable.
What about Todd Ethridge’s performance did you like?
His voice was clear and easy to listen to.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
