Not just a weight loss book

This book does help with weight loss, but not that eat less, move more way. It delves deep into your psyche as to why you struggle with weight using emotional freedom techniques. This is a great resource! Very happy so far!

I have had such a tough time finding a weight loss resource like this one so I was thrilled when I came across it! I really enjoyed the tapping techniques that were brand new to me. The step by step guidance was very helpful and I felt that the techniques were easy to do and you can't beat 5 minutes a day! I also enjoyed the affirmations. I have had issues with bored eating and emotional eating in the past so I think that these will really help. A simple yet effective approach

I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook and although I was skeptical at first, after listening to this book and trying some of the EFT techniques, I can honestly say I'm a believer. I have a sweet tooth and when I see a sweet I can eat, I just go for it! The techniques in this book are already helping me to stop not only the cravings but the impulse as well.
