One of the things we never do is lose weight if we lose something we tend to go looking for it . the proper verbage is your mind will now begin to allow your body to eliminate any excess weight
I didn't see if you had a smoking cessation download. If you do please get rid of the negatives we do not quit smoking we become smoke free.
