About this listen

People the world over have grappled with the story of Atlantis for millennia. But how much is fact? How much is fiction? How much is something else, filtered through the obscuring lens of time?

Clairvoyant impressions from Edgar Cayce, Frederick Oliver, Rudolf Steiner, Barbara Hand Clow, and others supplement a concerted scientific, philosophical, and historical investigation of humanity's antediluvian achievements and Atlantis' tragic demise.

At the same time, listeners will see just how the story of Atlantis has evolved from the seminal account passed down by Plato almost 2,400 years ago into those of the present day, as we engage with some of its strongest proponents and harshest critics alike.

More than just a dry catalog of Atlantean footnotes, Visions of Atlantis strikes at the core of the great divide between materialist reductionism and the frontiers of metaphysics, enjoining listeners to reconsider some of their most deeply held beliefs about ancient technology, psychic phenomena, reincarnation, and the vast unknown past.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this historic & metaphysical exploration of atlantis. I like that he correlates ancient history with thought provoking mysteries. Through past life regression I have heard of many sessions that go into ancient advanced civilizations. Overall, captivating & left me pondering the enigma of Atlantis.

narrator kept changing accents. he randomely speeks with american, irish, and scottish accents. found the accents distracting at first but grew to enjoy the weird transitions.

fun book.

I enjoyed the content of this book, but the narration was uninspired. He sounds uninterested in what he's reading, and I found myself spacing out every few minutes. I found this truly tragic as his accent is interesting, and there's information here I haven't encountered before that my brain kept slipping right over.

The book is good...

Great info, and organized in an entertaining way. Mysteries remain and remain cloaked in fascination. Lots to ponder.

You can tell the author spent a lot of time researching this book. I was pleasantly surprised how he laid out the facts for the reader to form their opinion instead of twisting them to fit his narrative. It’s fun to read and very interesting, especially for someone new to the subject

My first foray into Atlantis

Very well written comprehensive deep dive into Atlantis and our expansive past, a must read for anybody looking for a one stop shop on all things Atlantean.

I was unfamiliar with Edgar Cayce until this. Looks of great info on him and the guy who wrote the dweller on two planets. There were some audio issues like sentences that repeated, and one entire chapter that started over, or repeated, not sure. still a cool book though.

Great book! fascinating stories about Edgar Cayce

Highly recommended. The author pulls together a fascinating story from the ancient past that shows just how much evidence there is for the lost city of Atlantis. The narration is enhanced by occasional music and a variety in performance.

Fascinating, captivating, and fun!
