About this listen
What do St. Louis, Chicago, Colorado, quirky relatives, songwriting contests, Christmas Eve, angels, and demons all have in common?
They are all found in "Vision," the second in the "Awakening" series. This sequel to "Counselor" follows Liz’s journey of faith into unknown territory – love and romance, faith over fear, trust in her calling over rejection, and the reality of unseen spiritual forces of good and evil.
The final few chapters were originally a Christmas story (“Mr. Walker’s Miracle”), set against a backdrop of a production of Handel’s "Messiah."
In the audiobook some of Handel’s beautiful music has been added, bringing the listener right into the story. I am thrilled that at last my audience can hear Liz’s story the way I heard it in my mind when I first wrote "Vision.”

Well Done!!!
There is something uniquely special about reading the original version of a book and then listening to the author read the audiobook. I can honestly say that I enjoyed “rereading” this book. Since my original review, I have grown in my faith, and the story touched new parts of my heart.
Each book can be read as a standalone, but it is better appreciated when read in order.
My original review was May 19. 2021.
I received this book free from the author, publisher, or other source. My only obligation is to provide a fair and honest review.

Beautiful imagery
I loved all of the theme and symbols in this story, particularly the ones that explored aspects of the church as the body of Christ. The proposal scene was lovely. But talk about a cliff-hanger ending!!
