I love it!

Great Explination & Introduction
I had heard of ASMR but never really knew what it was. I could see how ASMR could get an interesting or even misunderstood reputation. It rides a fine line of which if you find it relaxing it is ASMR, however, if you find it sexually stimulating then it could be considered a fetish. It being whatever sensory act is happening. I didn't know but myself and other people I know have been using these techniques to self sooth. What I like most is this is a sensory way to get present, mindful and in touch with yourself. It is a great way to learn your sensory preferences which could help in a variety of situations from learning to connecting with others.

Love whispers red
I loved hearing the history of ASMR and I love listening to Emma talk in general so I loved this. lol

Emma is Brilliant
Nothing better then listening to Emma read a book she wrote. She is the Queen mother of ASMR and is so knowledgeable in it's healing benefits. I recommend this book to anyone needing some extra calm and comfort in their life.

Amazing listen!
I absolutely love the sound of Emma's voice! I listen to her YouTube channel almost every night! She has such a soothing voice that brings peace to her listeners! I highly recommend giving her a listen!

The Best of Emma
I have already been a viewer of Emma's videos for years. It was so fun to hear her narrate this book. I love her style of mixing story telling and practical information. I will be listening to this again in the future!
