About this listen
According to statistics reported by CDC in 2020, 1 in 54 children in the USA were diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in 2016. The latest statistics in the UK show that there are 700,000 autistic diagnoses. It is suggested that boys are four times more likely to get a diagnosis of autism than girls.
Autism does not discriminate; it affects all ethnicities and socioeconomic groups. Symptoms can be slight to severe and everything in between. Getting the diagnosis and intervention early is better, however, unfortunately, this does not happen for all families.
Book one provides information about ASD diagnosis. Book two offers information and tips in for the different areas of potty training and helping your autistic child learn and practice their personal hygiene skills.
In book one:
- Learn about the ASD diagnosis process
- Learn to create routines that you and your child can easily manage
- Discover simple ways to help your child develop their early interaction skills
- Tips and tricks to manage your child’s anxiety
- Learn about different types of speech/play therapy you can do at home
In book two:
- The importance of potty training
- Is your toddler ready for potty training?
- Common hurdles you may encounter and their solutions
- How to develop independence with personal hygiene
- Teeth cleaning, nail cutting, bathing, hair brushing, and more
In the collection, you are getting two books that focus on a wide range of issues you might be facing and need help with. My next book will focus on the delays and disorders in speech and langue development and the therapies you can do at home.
In book one, you will also be able to access a free List of items you may need for your ASD child to make life a little easier and, you’ll be able to access a free step-by-step picture guide for potty training from a link in book two.

Story
Autism therapy typically focuses on ridding individuals of “autistic” symptoms such as difficulties interacting socially, problems in communicating, sensory challenges, and repetitive behavior patterns. Now Dr. Barry M. Prizant offers a new and compelling paradigm: The most successful approaches to autism don’t aim at fixing a person by eliminating symptoms, but rather seeking to understand the individual’s experience and what underlies the behavior. Rather than curb these behaviors, it’s better to enhance abilities, build on strengths, and offer supports.

2 Books for 1 HECK YEAH!
This bundle is the best value for your buck. I brought this book to understand my little cousins autism. The two books are jam pack with information. The first book really helped me understand the development with ASD. The second book helped me understand how my cousin is learning his personal hygiene skills. This is a great read for those that have ASD kids in their lives. Highly recommended read :)

This book is a must read
This book is a must read for any parent who even made suspect that their child is on the spectrum.
This boom would’ve been invaluable to me when my son was younger. He is age 11 and I wished I would have read this book when he was small.
He was recently diagnosed with ASD and just hearing some of the symptoms should have helped me to figure out that he was on the spectrum and it wasn’t just ADHD or ODD.
I hope the author would write a book based on older children who are on the spectrum.

Autism can be somewhat elusive when it comes to understanding it in depth. As a parent that has often wondered about my son’s traits, I am no longer left in the dark. This brilliant title has helped me shape my understanding and I am now able to help him more than I ever could before. Great guide for ASD parenting
I had listened to the first book of this bundle and it had open my eyes to subject of ASD and see the topic in the new light. Parenting is difficult enough; however, being parents to children with ASD is even more difficult due to the limited resources and societal misconception of the condition. This book is a good resource for parents to teach their ASD child the basic life skills and overcome other challenges they may have.

Every parent should have this audiobook
The author stated that 1 in 54 children in the USA were diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in 2016 according to CDC, I find it very appealing and concerning! not only do we not take autism with close attention, but our knowledge is quite limited. It is very important for every parent to have this audio, simply because we never know! This audio teaches so many great stuffs. for example the basic knowledge about autism, the interaction , how to understand the autist kid and create routines the kid can effectively handle, the type of challenges you may encounter, some solutions. Chapter 5 on Therapy And Beyond is quite critical.
Two books into one !!! this is quite a big gift!
I highly recommend this audio!
