Great training guide
I love the reminders to play more, strength building doesn’t happen overnight, & mistakes help you grow. Chris is always an incredibly encouraging coach and breaks movements down to meet you where you are. He is everyone’s biggest cheerleader. I highly recommend this uplifting book.
