About this listen

What do you do when interdepartmental conflict threatens organizational harmony? Peg Neuhauser suggests that the key is in recognizing that different departmental tribes, or subcultures, exist within the organization. By teaching these tribes how to communicate more effectively, the executive can minimize conflict and boost productivity. She covers the dos and don'ts of negotiating with other groups and points out the special role that tribal chiefs play in the organization.

What would have made Tribal Warfare in Organizations better?

To start with. At least have it recorded in any form of acceptable quality so that we can hear it. And then the voice is very monotonous.
If the purpose is to make people who listen to it sleep... Then it is working really well lol

What could Peg Neuhauser have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

It should have been better recorded and bettnarraer narrated

How could the performance have been better?

Better recording and better narration

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
