Story
While human lives are endlessly variable, our most memorable positive moments are dominated by four elements: elevation, insight, pride, and connection. If we embrace these elements, we can conjure more moments that matter. What if a teacher could design a lesson that he knew his students would remember 20 years later? What if a manager knew how to create an experience that would delight customers? What if you had a better sense of how to create memories that matter for your children?

A gift to healthcare practitioners
Mike does an incredible job of laying out a guide of how to think about hospitality in a healthcare setting. The book is filled with pearls of helpful information he’s accumulated over his career, and very actionable suggestions for any private practice (or group practice) looking to build a truly special experience for patients. The audio is narrated by the author himself, and very easy to listen to.

Fantastic reading
Dr Sonick is a phenomenal periodontist who has achieved international renown, but it wasn't until I read this book that I realized everything he does is driven by his desire to teach and inspire others with his integrity and passion. I believe it is an excellent motivational and inspirational book applicable to all walks of life.
