Filled with transformative life tips
This audiobook was like having Light in the room, giving gentle guidance on how to remove obstacles and distractions—an inspiring and motivating read. As a small business owner, his section on “Determine your own value”—valuing your own time—was super helpful. Being reminded that there is always an exchange. I highly recommend this book.

Very inspirational
Loved Light’s story telling. Felt like listening to a real friend sharing some of his experiences and suggestions. Will definitely start to practice meditation and Light is a great guide for that. He doesn’t do guided meditations I think, but he teaches about what meditation is or can be. I will listen again and again because Travel Light just is calling me to listen to it over and over, it makes me happy to listen, it’s like I’m supposed to listen to it and learn what may help me from it. Thank you Light for all that you share in this book and on your Instagram. I first found Light on my Find What Feels Good App. by Yoga With Adriene, who is my favorite yoga guide. Light is my favorite meditation guide now.
