About this listen
I never wanted to see the future, but dreams are impossible to control.
Stunned by Declan's revelations about my identity, I can't help but follow his lead into a realm of beauty and promise unlike anything I had ever imagined. What I don't know, however, might not just hurt me, but lead us both to our deaths.
This is a sequel to The Shadow of a Dream.

Story
Have you ever learned a secret about yourself that could change your life forever? When a mysterious and handsome boy showed up at my high school, all the girls wanted his attention. But who did he approach? Plain, less-than-ordinary me! Words like changeling and dreamseer made my head spin as Declan, who claims to be my protector, tried to convince me that I’m actually a creature from the faerie realm, switched at birth with a human infant who is the true child of my parents.

Innocent, Mysterious, and Emotional
I have finished this series, and I really enjoyed it.
I liked digging deeper into this mysterious realm of Faerie in this book, but I felt like it was a little unnecessary. I felt as if book two and three would have been served well by combining them into one book. Together they made for an excellent book. Apart, they felt a little thin and stretched; like the author was determined that all fantasy books must come in three parts.
That being said, I enjoyed this glimpse into a world that seemed very allegorical of the search to find the beauty around us.
Hope the character and trait finds the patience to accept that answers don’t come in our time, but the strength to keep asking.
The narrator nailed the innocence, mystery, and emotion of this tale.

I love the route this series is taking. The thought that a changeling has survived is different and the way she has been made with the sickness is very convincing. I look forward to the next installment.

great
The first book was a little slow for me and this one finally picked up speed. It was still frustrating that you are still left wondering about many things, but maybe that was the author's design. The narrator did a great job and I like the story line, can't wait to find out what's next in the last book.

Wow
So many questions.
Who is She? Although this story I ask myself this question. Who or what is Hope? Whats wrong with Delcon? When I finally got one answer more questions came up
Molly Lavenza weaves a wonderful story of fantasy and mystery. The story is
a light, clean and pleasant story.
Suitable for all ages who likes fantasy.
Carolyn Kashner Does a wonderful job in her duration of the book.
Each character comes alive with their own voice.
The story end on another cliffhanger. Leaving me wanting the next book. I really enjoyed this book as it is a wonderful fantasy story.
