About this listen

This audiobook is for anyone seeking to understand the transformative power of kindness, humility, and meaningful human connection. Through real-life stories, it reveals how small acts of compassion can profoundly impact both the giver and the receiver.

Each chapter explores a unique facet of these timeless values: the quiet strength of humility, the bridges built through kindness, and the profound impact of living your values through action. From comforting a grieving father in a moment of unimaginable loss to sharing Thanksgiving meals with the homeless, these heartfelt stories illustrate the resilience and hope that empathy can inspire.

Jesus said, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me’ (Matthew 25: 40). This book serves as a reminder that kindness is more than a virtue—it’s a way to strengthen relationships, build communities, and enrich your own life. It’s a call to action to embrace humility, lead with compassion, and make a meaningful difference in the world—one thoughtful act at a time.”

While I was excited to hear that there would be personal experiences recalled I was expecting more than just bible verses quoted and the basics of HR 101 and being a decent human.

Interested in the sequel and learning more about forgiveness next instead of “kindness” when it comes to assault and violence and stitches in your ear.
