Buy the print edition
The print edition is a better option. With Campbell's delivery the information comes hard and fast. You will be challenged to absorb it all. Also, the echo chamber the recording was done in distracts from the presentation. This read is a text book example of why an author should man up and pay professional voice talent to do the read in a real studio. That being said ... I'm ordering the paperback. The information is vital to all men.

Even if you are not interested into TRT (TOT), this is a great read and has tons of knowledge on health and nutrition. Jay breaks down the inside scoop of trt in a trt for dummies way for you to understand. Highly recommend.

A NECESSITY FOR MEN OVER 40

ABSOLUTLEY critical information for men undergoing TOT therapy in a world where the mere mention of the therapeutic usage of testosterone causes some men to panic and experience moral dilemmas and some doctors to become passive, stubborn and indifferent to this clearly laid out quality of life issue.
