All Hat no Cattle
I've listened to 40 diet books on Audible alone, and these guys are, as they say, "all hat no cattle." They throw in lots and lots of "fat facts" on how bad our health has gotten, while continually repeating how the reader has super power and David Zinczenko is about to reveal it to them. Then they offer mixed information, like saying we shouldn't eat bread, then having bread in his salmon sandwich recipe. There's a lot of nice healthy food recommended, but I see nothing that singels out this diet as something worth trying.
