Enjoyable
Will definitely use this technique. It's simple and similar to a higher self meditation I use but snowglobing is possibly more useful and easier. :-)

How amazing!
Thank you Marisa gor sharing this wisdom and making it available for us to teach our loved ones. Wonderful, simple protection.
The reader could practice a lil more before recording himself narrating...but it I was able to understand almost everything he said.

Please don’t let Joe narrate
Goodness, the narration is terrible. I like Marisa’s exercises but Joe’s blabbing on an on is so distracting and exasperating. If it had been any longer, I would have abandoned the book. Please find another reader if you want people to receive the message.
