I am so grateful this book exists. I’ve been dealing with insomnia for 3 years. While I’m only beginning this program, it is a much better fit for me than traditional, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. The ACT approach makes so much sense. I’m planning on doing the five week class through the app, but just from listening to this audiobook I’ve already noticed an improvement in my sleep because I’m not fighting with my insomnia anymore. I like best that the author really knows how an insomniac feels and thinks. Many times, I laughed because what the author described is exactly what comes to my mind when I has insomnia. It's like reading my own mind.
