Easy to understand tips
This book explains leadership in a simple way. It gives good advice on how to be a better leader. The ideas are clear and easy to follow. The narrator speaks well and makes it interesting. Good for beginners who want to learn about leadership.

Solid listen, practical and straightforward
I didn’t go into this expecting anything groundbreaking, but I was pleasantly surprised. The book lays out 12 leadership rules in a really clear, no-nonsense way. Some ideas felt familiar, but the way they were explained actually made me think differently. It’s not overly hyped or preachy, just solid advice you can apply right away. Definitely a good listen if you’re into personal growth or leading a team.

Genuinely Refreshing Take on Leadership
I didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as I did. The book feels more real than most leadership books that I already listened, no cheesy clichés, just solid advice that actually makes sense. A few things really stuck with me and made me reflect on how I show up at work and in life. It’s not overly technical, and the narrator has a calm, clear voice that made it easy to stay engaged. Definitely worth a listen if you want to grow as a leader without the fluff.

Practical Guide with Real Insight
I found this to be a solid and refreshing listen. The 12 rules are straightforward, but what makes this audiobook stand out is how applicable they are to real-life leadership situations whether you're managing a team, running a business, or just trying to be a better version of yourself in daily interactions. Warren Curtis doesn't waste time with fluff; he gets straight to the point, and every chapter left me with something useful to reflect on. I especially appreciated the balance between theory and action he explains the “why” behind leadership principles, but also gives plenty of “how.”
The narration by Silverpen Production was clear and steady. It wasn’t overly dramatic or robotic, which I appreciated. It felt more like someone walking me through important lessons rather than just reading a script. That said, at times I wished there was a bit more emotion or storytelling to make it more engaging, but overall, it was a good fit for the tone of the book. It’s not revolutionary, but it doesn’t try to be and that’s kind of the beauty of it. It's a grounded, useful audiobook that I’ll probably revisit again when I need a leadership reset. Definitely worth the time for anyone looking to sharpen their leadership mindset.
