About this listen
Two celebrated statements about the experience of being human.
Kahlil Gibran was Lebanese by birth but spent a major part of his life in America in the early part of the 20th century. He wrote many collections of stories with a wise or whimsical tone, but none more popular than The Prophet, his first collection, or The Wanderer, his final anthology.

Top.
What other book might you compare The Prophet & The Wanderer to and why?
It has little comparison. Perhaps a sage Walt Whitman.
Any additional comments?
This is a classic for a reason. I have been reading it since I was 20. It is wonderful to have it in audible form. Listen over and over and over. The Prophet is sublime and helpful in today's world. You will not be disappointed.

one of my favorites..The Prophet
I read this book once a year, but a like to read some of its chapters more often. I enjoy the innocent views and different paradymes.
