Great step-by-step layout to help with how to manage projects whether big or small
I’ve tried a few project management books before, but this one clicked with me, and it was effortless to follow. The concepts are broken down in a way that’s easy to grasp without feeling too basic. I’ve already started using a couple of the techniques, and they’ve helped me stay organized and on track with multiple projects. What I appreciated most is how practical the advice is—I felt like I could put it into action right away, and I was able to. It's definitely worth the read!

Great overview of project management requirements
The author does a good job of presenting project management requirements and considerations at a level beginners can understand. Technical jargon is explained, and I appreciated how the author did not go too far into the details of a specific project management methodology. I appreciated how each step was laid out simply, covering all the basics from planning to execution without feeling overwhelming. It’s packed with practical tips to help build confidence and organization skills, making the role of project manager feel attainable. This book is a good starting point to familiarize yourself with project management, and you can research specific topics covered here in greater detail through additional resources.
