Wake-Up Call for Our Digital Bodies

You can literally see it everywhere...how screens are shaping people’s backs and bodies. As someone who’s practiced yoga for years, I know how important posture is, but I still deal with chronic tension in my upper back and shoulders. Good information!

As I permanently work from home since COVID, I always have back pain due to my sedentary life style.

I followed different YT videos, but they did not help much! I found useful information in this audiobook and I enjoyed learning about the three part approach; it helped me to understand the science behind posture problems.
