Best decision my wife and I ever made!!!!!
My wife and I started the plant paradox towards the beginning of 2021. Within 5 weeks of sticking to the meal plan provided in the pdf, we both lost 25 pounds each and we’ve kept it off since. At the time we started, my wife was on the edge of being prescribed medication for extremely high cholesterol and high blood sugar. After 5 weeks of starting the plant paradox she no longer needs to worry about taking any medication and labs are normal. I myself am in the best shape of my life, and since adding a healthy workout routine I’ve seen more definition in my body than I’ve ever seen before. As for my wife, every mother’s goal seems to be to fit in the clothes they had before children and I can say with confidence, my wife has reached that goal. I could not imagine ever going back to eating the way we did before. The most difficult part and I would argue the only difficult part is prepping and stocking for the food your going to be making. However, this difficult stage really only lasts the first 2, at most 3 weeks. Though If you can push through, overcome and stick to it, you’ll really be thanking yourself for the rest of your life.

Great book
I started the program two weeks ago with the cleanse and it's not as bad as anticipated. my hands feel better already. I cheated the last two days with a garlic burger and some ice cream and potato chips. will be easy to get right back to the program. I read the plant paradox 3 weeks ago and just finished the quick and easy. Welcome to my new lifestyle.

Outstanding Book
This book is priceless and has changed not only my life BUT my lifestyle. It’s full of facts and statistics which supersede all that I have been taught about good health and healthy eating habits. good book
great to listen to since I drive a lot. I agree with all of the advice and it's helped me a lot in my life to get control over what I'm eating and stop the bloat, even though I was eating healthy foods. the menu on audio is a waste though, boring & found my mind wandered, that should just be a thing to read.
