Informative book
I would’ve liked more in-depth information on specific test, what the results should be, and the scores. Still lots of confusion out there on what your score should be also more information on specific dosage of each type of bone building supplements. An example of an exercise routine for each week would be good as well. The book was great, I just wanted more specific information.
