Story
The Onion is proud to present The President of Vice: The Autobiography of Joe Biden. In this scandalous memoir, America's favorite politician discusses his early years, before he became ultimate wingman to the leader of the free world. For the first time ever “Diamond” Joe discusses the formative experiences of his life, including his childhood selling hooch in Scranton, his years cruising college campuses picking up co-eds in a Del Rio, the grade-A tang he plowed in the summer of '87, and his "sweet ass gig" as Senator of Delaware.

Story
If there’s one trait that makes someone well-suited to comedy, it’s being able to take a punch - metaphorically and, occasionally, physically. Told with a healthy dose of self-deprecation, A Very Punchable Face reveals the brilliant mind behind some of the dumbest sketches on television, and lays bare the heart and humor of a hardworking guy - with a face you can’t help but want to punch.

STOP. You should not have touched this flyer with your bare hands. NO, don't put it down. It's too late. They're watching you. My name is David Wong. My best friend is John. Those names are fake. You might want to change yours. You may not want to know about the things you'll read on these pages, about the sauce, about Korrok, about the invasion, and the future. But it's too late. You touched the book. You're in the game. You're under the eye. The only defense is knowledge. You need to read this book, to the end. Even the part with the bratwurst. Why?

Very Funny
I really enjoyed this book. I could not stop laughing, it is written in typical Onion fashion. If you are familiar with the tone of the Onion and its non seriousness and sarcasm than you already know what to expect. Well worth the money (or credit.)

Not at all unabridged
Maybe I missed something but this claims to be unabridged. I bought the audiobook here and bought the actual print book as a gift and when I compared them I found that the audio version is missing a substantial amount of material. For a comparison I checked the number of entries for Y for both versions. In the print version: 22. In the audio: 2. I doubt the audio version has more than 1/5 of the content of the print version. I wouldn't be so annoyed if it wasn't for the fact that they both cost the same.
As for the content, it's pretty good but not as great as Our Dumb World or as most of the online content. It's got the weirdness you'd expect but the humor is kind of lacking.

boring, USA centric satire
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
If you're into USA history focused satire - give it a try, otherwise don't bother.
What three words best describe Avery Sanford and June Bunt ’s voice?
Great performance of what is actually very dull content.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Boredom

Not worth the money or time
Would you try another book from The Onion and/or Avery Sanford and June Bunt ?
I might, the Onion is usually funny.
Would you ever listen to anything by The Onion again?
It depends on the story, this book might be better in print where one can brief through it without having to listen to everything.
What didn’t you like about Avery Sanford and June Bunt ’s performance?
It just did not excite me, it was too bland
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
boredom
Any additional comments?
Onion is hit and miss for me when it comes to funny. Sometimes they go to far, but most of the time not. This book goes from definition to definition and it drags out. To look at it in print would give the option to scan through to what looks funny.
