Great book for anyone wanting to improve themselves

This was a very sincere and genuine book by Matt. I don't know the guy, but I could feel his sincerity come through in the book. If you have no experience with mindfulness, this is an incredible starter book. If you do have experience, this will be the perfect refresher to help you get back on track.

A book for a life time

I quickly realized that this book was going to be one that I would go back to for the rest of my life. Mr. Tenney's honestly early brings credibility to the rest of this short read. I was able to relate to so many observations and it made me understand myself so much better. I now believe I have a blueprint for becoming a better version of myself.

Simple. Clear. Useful.

I have read many books on mindfulness and this one would be very high on my list. Written in simple and relatable language in a very well structured set of topics. The proposed practices are easy to do and highly effective. I highly recommend this book and Matt’s YouTube channel.
