About this listen
The first title in the Immortals series, a #1 New York Times Bestseller available in the UK for the first time as unabridged audio download. Sixteen-year-old Ever Bloom is the sole survivor of a car accident that killed her family. Exiled to sunny California Ever is haunted by her little sister and by the ability to see people’s auras, hear their thoughts and know their entire life story by touching them. She wants to hide from the world, but when a stunningly handsome new guy arrives at school, she can’t seem to keep away. Falling in love with Damen is dangerous – he’s not what he seems. But if Damen is her destiny, how can Ever walk away?

Katie Schorr has a pleasant voice to listen to, and articulate words well, which facilitates understanding, since English is not mei native language
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Happily Ever After?
I have been listening to and reading a lot of books that are very similar to Evermore and though I did enjoy it I think that Alyson Noel probably made the story harder than it should have been. It also reminded me a little of Lauren Kate's Fallen Series though if I had to choose I would probably go Lauren over Alyson.

Spiritual and romantic
This first book could be a single novel, a really romantic and good one.
I adore all the books of the series but specially this one.
I don't speak english and the audiobooks help me to learn it.

Nothing Original About It!
I’ve read this story a hundred times before, and the sad thing is, this book isn’t even particularly well written. Ever is the most annoying character ever! She is boring, brainless, melodramatic and self-hating. She couldn’t imagine how someone as gorgeous and mysterious as Damen could fall in love with someone like her, normal and plain. Even though she lived in a huge mansion and was described as “beautiful” many times throughout the book, she was still constantly moping around and feeling bad about herself. Sounds familiar huh? All in all, it was a waste of time.
