ending
Not sure I like how the story ended. It's sad. Nothing joyous about it. I wished person there'd be an epilogue so we know they both ended up happy.. If the sacrifice She made was worth it

Get the tissues
A love story that ends as it begins. Cruelty of age circumstance. Real and angry and challenging you could feel it all.
For me a desperately tragic story.

Atmosphere
As wild as it is, story feels real. The narrator sucks you in and characters come to life. You can feel the love, passion and desperation in their voice. The story stays with you.

Loved this story.
This was a popular read among my friends so gave it a go. I really enjoyed it. It’s just a nice “easy read”, not ground shaking but good enough that I finished it pretty fast.

Great love story, perfect narration
I enjoyed this book so much, I heard it twice in a row.
the love story is beautiful, develops so organicaly against all odds.
The narration adds to it all and is absolutlly wonderful.

It's a complicated love story
I enjoyed Haze character. He was growing and evolving through the story. We got why Solene fell for him. So it had a good start and a good writing, but it felt to me that the author put too much angst, even when it was a bit forced.
