About this listen
No matter how hard Nannie tried to find true romance her efforts failed. She seemed to find men who were a lot like her father, abusive, or they were skirt chasing alcoholics. Nannie couldn't handle it and began to kill her husbands and other members of her family. Nannie was born Nancy Hazel on November 4, 1904, in Blue Mountain, Alabama. Her parents James born in 1875 and Louisa (Lou) Holden Hazel born in 1878 were not much more than poor dirt farmers. She was the oldest of five children, her sister Dovie born in 1908 and Brother William born in 1915. The 1910 census shows an Annie or Addie Hazel in the household with Nancy and her parents but she was not on the 1920 census. Could Nannie's killing have started with this sister?

Nice Fast True Crime
Great story to the point and quick to learn about Nanny and serial killers motivations. Very informative!
