About this listen

Break free from ADHD struggles and take control of your life—without feeling overwhelmed

Do you feel like your mind is constantly racing, making it impossible to focus on what truly matters?

Are procrastination, missed deadlines, and unfinished tasks holding you back in your career and personal life?

Do your relationships suffer because of impulsivity, emotional outbursts, or difficulty communicating clearly?

You’re not alone. Millions of men with ADHD struggle with productivity, focus, and maintaining healthy relationships. But what if you could harness the strengths of your ADHD brain instead of fighting against it? This book is your guide to thriving with ADHD—not just coping.

ADHD in men often looks different than you expect. Society tells you to be strong, decisive, and in control, but ADHD can make that feel impossible. If you're tired of feeling stuck and frustrated, The End of ADHD for Men gives you 11 powerful rules to master your mind, maximize productivity, and strengthen your relationships.

Through practical strategies tailored for the ADHD male brain, you’ll learn how to work with your ADHD—not against it.

Most ADHD solutions are built for neurotypical brains. That’s why they fail. This book is different—it’s designed specifically for men with ADHD who want practical, real-world strategies that actually work.

Stop feeling stuck. Stop letting ADHD dictate your life. Start living on your terms.

As someone who works in an office, balancing multiple tasks, emails, and deadlines every day, ADHD has always made me feel scattered and overwhelmed. I decided to give this book a chance because I was tired of starting things and never finishing them both at work and at home. I really appreciate how Maia Snyder talks directly to men and our specific struggles. I felt understood for once like I wasn’t just lazy or careless, but that my brain works differently and that’s okay. The 11 rules are simple but practical. I liked that each one came with clear steps and examples I could actually try at work like organizing my tasks, blocking distractions, and handling impulsive reactions during meetings. What I liked most is that the author doesn’t promise a magic cure instead, she gives you tools to work with your ADHD, not fight against it. Since listening, I’ve already noticed small changes. I’m better at sticking to priorities, I don’t procrastinate as much, and I feel more in control instead of always playing catch up. If you have ADHD and tired of feeling stuck, I definitely recommend this book. It’s honest, straightforward, and motivating. It made me feel like I’m not alone and that there’s hope for turning my busy brain into a strength, not a weakness.

My brother, who’s an athlete, listened to this book recently, and it honestly made a difference for him not just in training but in everyday life. He’s always struggled with staying organized and keeping his focus dialled in especially with how fast-paced and unpredictable his schedule can be. He told me he liked how The End of ADHD for Men didn’t feel like someone lecturing him to just focus more. What helped him most was the way the book explains how ADHD works differently in men and how you can use it as an advantage instead of seeing it as a constant problem. He found some of the strategies for staying productive and handling distractions really easy to try out, even during training or while traveling for games. He did mention that a few parts felt repetitive and some examples felt pretty basic but overall, he got a lot out of it. The sections about handling emotions and improving communication were surprisingly useful for him too, especially when it comes to dealing with coaches, teammates, and even family.
If you or someone you know is a man struggling with ADHD especially in a career like sports where focus and mindset are everything this book is a good, no-nonsense place to start. It doesn’t promise a magic fix, but it gives you tools that actually make sense in the real world.
