About this listen

When Zoe Granger started playing guitar to get over her heartbreak, she never thought that her band would hit it big.
She never expected to fall for the handsome—and just as heartbroken—Will Strickland, either.
When she’s offered a make or break deal, their bands go out on tour…together.
When you have a thing for a hot rock star who could take his pick of any woman he wants, there’s no telling who will come out on top once the curtain falls.
In the glitzy world of fans, fame and rock ’n’ roll, can Zoe trust a playboy rocker with her heart?

Stage dive into this rock star romance and find out if falling in love on tour really is a Stairway to Heaven…or a Highway to Hell.

I am so disappointed in this story. It was so good for 12 chapters and then it all fell apart. Zoe is the lead singer for the band, Devil's Tattoo, and Will is the lead singer for the Stubs. Both are dealing with a painful experience from their past, but Zoey's seems to have her in a stranglehold. What they have in common is the ability to lose themselves in the joy of writing and performing their music. When they go on tour together, they sizzle and that chemistry quickly explodes into sheer desire. It's wonderful to watch as their passion grows, but then near the end my connection to them died. Will receives some texts at the end of the tour and pulls away from Zoey. The next time they see one another, he's still "unavailable" and Zoey finally gets up the courage to ask him what's wrong. "Don't worry about it. It's only you." Out of the blue, Will's "one that got away" returns to reclaim him. Zoey found them at a bar in a passionate kiss with Will holding her hips. After this, there was nothing he could do or say that would have me believing that he loved Zoey, when he was clearly not over his ex. Of course they get back together with no grovel, not even a real apology, but with a pathetic case of BBS. What was a 4-5* read became a 3* or less.

So disappointing
