Helpful for understanding others

I don’t have BPD, but someone close to me does, and I wanted to understand what they go through. This book explained things clearly and helped me see why certain behaviors happen. It also gave useful advice on how to support someone without making things worse. The sections on emotional resilience and healing past trauma made a lot of sense. I feel like I can be more patient and understanding now, which has already helped my relationship with them.
