The beginners Herbal medicine blueprint

As an herbalist myself I always love to learn more about herbs and recipes.

This book starts basically, explaining herbs, their healing benefits,  herbal vs. conventional medicines, history of herbs throughout the ages. Identification and sourcing, crafting herbal remedies, dosage guidelines and drug interactions. I like how it dives deep into specific influential herbs, Lavender, Ashwaganda, Turmeric, Ginger, Dandelion, Echinacea, Oregano and Chamomile.

Common ailments are defined with herbal remedy recipes to replace over the counter medicines. There's even information about gardening tips for herbs. Integrating herbs into our lives was a great chapter, giving ideas I hadn't used yet.

The advanced herbal preparations chapter gave great information about deeper learning of herbs. Continuing education of herbal knowledge is required, there's so much information here to help benefit that learning. I loved learning from this book, great information. Thank you

At the same time, I want to believe people like Alicia Graessler, the author of this book, that there are more intelligent, affordable, and safer ways to stay healthy.
