Even though I knew to expect chilling stories, I was pleasantly surprised at how well these were told. I did get chills at the end of each of these short tales that were strange indeed. I'll be looking for more books by this author for those nights when I want a thrill and maybe a little scare. Recommend!

Thrilling to the finale

The Actor is a selfish man and The Wife a selfish woman. I liked the fact that the actor was not given a name as I can imagine many famous men in this role. The narrator was good~the ending quite unexpected.

Audiobook provided for an honest review.

SHORT AND NOT SO SWEET

Would you consider the audio edition of The Actor to be better than the print version?

The luxury of the rich voice, reading personally to me! appeals more than a print version.

What did you like best about this story?

I was waiting for something unexpected to happen but I was still surprised by the ending.

Which character – as performed by Ron Herczig – was your favorite?

The Actor - narcissistic yet vulnerable.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The Central Park date really appealed to me. I'd love a meeting like that!

Great short story which left me wanting more! The narrator had the perfect voice for the character. I would love to have a six - twelve hour, or longer, audiobook with his narration to listen to during my two hours of commuting each day!
