Difficult narrator to listen to
Content is good - walking through weekly exercises. It’s probably better to have the physical copy of this one - making it easier to note and act. As an audio book, I don’t recommend. The narrator sounds like an automated voice … until he modified his voice to sound like a weak female. I’m glad it’s done. Buy the book instead of the audio track.
