About this listen

The greatest hurdle to change is the first step - the decision to do it. After that, anything is possible. The 24-Hour Turn-Around challenges people to spend one hour listening and contemplating each of the book's 24 short chapters and to make a heartfelt decision to change in the area each chapter addresses. Decisions made in those 24 hours will transform the listener's career, health, relationships, and overall attitude. Topics include improving self-worth, setting achievable goals, controlling anxiety, winning by quitting, making the most of money, discovering excellence, and more.

You are the song

There isn't anything new to learn, rather, it is a way to redirect thoughts when listening to explanations of various thought patterns to common problems. Many differed initially from mine, and that makes sense as we are what we think-and it should be genuine - meanwhile understanding the many other possible perspectives in environmentals that corelates with behaviour and success (such as psychopathy) is open to musical interpretation. I've listened a few times over the years and enjoy it.
