Excellent incremental acquisition of Tagalog
Not much to criticize. Incremental approach to pronunciation, vocabulary acquisition gives me some hope I will be eventually marginally fluent! The way it forces you to correctly pronounce without regard to how word is spelled is brilliant. Heretofore I had insisted on writing and spelling. Marvelously designed and well conceived language learning method!!

I found it difficult to follow.
What did you like best about Tagalog Phase 1, Unit 01? What did you like least?
I wish they had spoken a little more slowly in the intro lesson. I couldn't distinguish the letter sounds.

just enough for 1 day
The speakers are quick. I've grown up understanding Tagalog, but never spoke it. For some reason the woman was harder for me to repeat after her. 30 minute lessons are just enough each day. If I were not familiar with Tagalog, I think then lesson would have been way harder for me to follow. Overall, I like the repetitive and conversational way of teaching.
